Members of the alpaca
services network are experienced and professional alpaca breeders and offer a full
range of alpaca services and support throughout urban and rural New Zealand.
Alpaca Services offers support to alpaca owners — be they new or intending, or established breeders. One of the ways we do this it through education courses, for people to learn and to share about their alpacas.
Camelidynamic Courses
Courses are scheduled throughout New Zealand. Morning & afternoon tea are provided as part of the course fee.

Neonatal Courses from Southern Alpacas Stud
Courses are scheduled throughout New Zealand in spring and summer. Morning & afternoon tea are provided as part of the course fee. It is a one day 'hands-in" workshop.
Practical "hands-in" learning about birthing an alpaca. So all get experience, numbers on workshops are limited to 12 (as cria supply is fortunately also limited).
We often use web learning to educate attendees about the theory of alpaca pregnancy and birthing prior to the actual practical workshop.
The knowledge gained on this course may save you a dam and or a cria.
